Event Hostess / Host
Part-time / FreelanceRepresent top brands at corporate and consumer events. Greet guests, guide attendees, and deliver exceptional on-ground experiences.
Requirements
- •Well-groomed, confident, and articulate
- •Minimum 18 years of age
- •Fluent in Hindi or English (regional languages a plus)
- •Prior hospitality experience preferred
Event Coordinator
Full-timeManage on-ground event logistics, liaise with vendors, and ensure smooth execution from setup to pack-down.
Requirements
- •1–3 years of events or project coordination experience
- •Strong organisational and communication skills
- •Comfortable working long hours and on weekends
- •Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
Technical Crew (AV / Lighting / Stage)
Freelance / ContractSet up, operate, and break down audio-visual, lighting, and staging equipment for large-scale live events.
Requirements
- •Experience in AV, lighting, or stage rigging
- •Ability to interpret technical riders and show files
- •Comfortable working at height and under time pressure
- •Certifications in relevant technical areas preferred
Promoter / Brand Ambassador
Part-time / FreelanceDrive brand awareness and product engagement at activations, retail locations, and live events.
Requirements
- •Energetic, outgoing personality
- •Strong spoken communication skills
- •Experience in sales or brand promotion preferred
- •Minimum 18 years of age
Security & Crowd Management
Freelance / ContractMaintain safety and order at events, manage crowd flow, and coordinate with local authorities as needed.

- •Prior security or crowd-management experience
- •Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods
- •Valid security training certificate preferred
